Detaching model from workshared file changes ids

Hi I ran into the following problem:

1. I have downloaded a file from the acc cloud
2. I have opened it in REVIT and detached it

3. I have had a look at the uniqueIds of the two models. 

Unfortunately they seam different, is this a correct observation?

This appears to be expected behavior.

In the documentation, you’ll find the statement: “After you open the project, it no longer has any path or permissions information, and the default file name is the original filename with "_detached" appended. The project is in a state similar to when worksharing was first enabled; all elements in the project can be modified, but no changes can be saved back to the central model. If you save the project, it is saved as a new central model.”

When you download a model from ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) and open it in Revit with “Detach from Central”, Revit treats it as a new, standalone model. During this process, it regenerates new UniqueIds for the elements.
