Deploy with Custom Icon

I am currently testing out a custom deployment of Revit 2022 and was wondering if it is possible to modify the icon for Revit within the deployment. I got everything set up from Autodesk beforehand and can't figure out where to go or what to change to replace the Revit icon. Is this even possible?

I am also struggling to figure out where to place the custom ini file. It says to just put it in the Image folder, which I did, and it should install without any issues. Is there another Image folder that I am not aware of that should appear in the deployment? 2022 deployed, but it didn't include the custom setting that I was hoping would install with it.
