DataStorage Fields are missing

The entity and schema are available, but the immutable fields somehow gets cleared, which is not possible through the Revit API. Many users have started reporting this issue with Revit 2024 with DiRootsOne plugin

I am from DiRoots and am one of the key developers of that plugin. The issue has not been found in any other version of Revit except for 2024. From a technical aspect, it is currently not possible to delete and create a new schema, as it exists application memory until Revit is reopened. The only workaround is to create a new schema and store the data in that schema. Since we don't know what is causing the issue, it may also affect the new schema. This problem is affecting all the schemas of our plugins.

Yes, there was a problem with extensible storage in Revit 2024. It was fixed the update release Revit 2024.2:

We have checked the latest version as well; still, the issue persists.

Oh dear. That does not sound good. Either your add-in has an issue, or the Revit development team still has some remaining aspect of the issue to address. Please submit a complete minimal reproducible case for the development team to analyse:

Oh dear. Well, if the corruption has already taken place I am not sure that it can be easily fixed afterwards. Please read the detailed explanation of the schema issue in the knowledgebase article.
