Cyrillic keynote problem. please help.

Revit keynote is not working in Mongolian or Kazakh cyrillic. I can't use  Ө  Ү  alphabets. I'm using UTF-8, windows-1251 encodes, I tried most of the encodes but still not working. Simple texts are working but I want to use Keynote in my country language just like the others. please help

Please note that this discussion forum is dedicated to programming Revit using the Revit API.

Therefore, you cannot expect an answer to a question such as yours relating to system requirements, installation, product setup, optimisation, usage or other end user support issues here.
