Custom colors

Hi There,

Does anybody know if and where I can access the customcolors in revit api ?

I want to change customcolor 1 in my own color. I can't find it in the API. I can alter the revit.ini file, but Revit only notices this change when i restart revit and I want to change it live.

Do you mean to change the color in the option dialog, for instance, the selected object color? the preselected color...

In mean in the color dialog. THere you can set 16 custom colors. When you do this manually, the new colors are active immediatly. But I can't find this in the API. I can change the revit ini file, but this only works when I restart revit.

I don't think there is a solution to validate your changes to the Revit.ini without restarting it.
