Create View Filter By Shared Parameter With API

Dear all!
I'm trying to create view filter by shared parameter using API. I have searched in many forums and known how to create view filter by BuiltInParameter. (https://boostyourbim.wordpress.com/2013/03/26/what-you-can-do-with-view-filters-in-the-2014-api/). But i can't find any topic talking about Shared Parameter or Project Parameter.
Is it possible in Revit API to create view filter by Shared Parameter?
If can, Would you please share me some advices?

there are SharedParameterElements in the document, having Ids, Guids etc.
