Count of new objects in central model

With the ModelUpdateStatus method we can get a few status of known document element ids in the central model.

I wonder how can we get the ids of the elements that are in the central file but not in the local file. There is the scenario that a certain local can be deleted and therefore no longer in the central, but that I can handle.

One very simple rather brute force method is to execute the element lister in both of the files and compare the results:
