Column Reinforcement

Hello There,
I Already generated a concrete column before and What i need is to add some reinforcement to that column at exact locations inside the column !How can I do that ??!
* Reinforcement means (Longitudinal Bars and Stirrups)

you look at Rebar member in SDK revit api. Use Rebar.CreateFromCurves or Rebar.CreateFromCurvesAndShape or  Rebar.CreateFromRebarShape method.
