Check if Hidden Shared Parameter has been added as Project Parameter

If I try to add a Shared Parameter which was set to be hidden as a Project Parameter I get the message that it has been already added (below).

Is there a way of checking if are there any other hidden Shared Parameters added to the model? I was having a look at Revit LookUp (@Anonymous) but could not find a way how to do it.

I can find the parameter via Snoop Current Selection if I add it to a Family first but how can I check the list of Project Parameters?

You can query the document for all its shared parameters via its Definitions property:
