Character limitation for formula space of a parameter

I am looking for the information about the character limitation within the formula space of the family parameter that Revit allows.

How about just going for a pretty conservative collection of [a-z_]. I try to stick with that for most things that I enter into computers except possibly prose for humans, and I seldom run into problems with that.

🤣Thanks for that. What I meant to say was, I am trying to automate a process by copying a lot of data into the formula bar temporarily. I wanted to know if there is a limit allowed inside the Formula of a family parameter in the background.
