Changes to model not being saved

Hi, not sure if Im posting on the right forum but im having issues with Revit 2016 not saving changes I make to my model.

The save seems to execute and not error dialogue boxes come up but upon opening my project after closing some of the things ive added to the model no longer appear. My view range is still the same and I can see the other elements that exist on the same plane but not the elements that I added perviously to closing the model.

Does anyone know what is happening? I dont feel like redoing the same work over and over again.

Any help would be great.

I completely agree that redoing the same work over and over again would be a complete waste of time.

Unfortunately, you are also correct in your assumption or suspicion that this is not the right forum for this question.

Please note that this discussion forum is dedicated to programming Revit using the Revit API.

Therefore, you cannot expect an answer to a question such as yours relating to installation, product usage or end user support issues here.

You should try one of the non-API Revit product support discussion forums instead for that:

The people there are much better equipped to answer your question than us programming nerds.
