Autodesk App Store and need for IPN listener.

Hi,

I am planning to submit paid app to Autodesk App Store and just stumbling upon requirements for IPN listener web service. 😑 
The statement says: Instant Payment Notification (IPN) is a message service that automatically notices you of events to your PayPal transactions. You can use them to automate back-office and administrative functions, like fulfilling orders and providing customers with order status.

For now I don't want to automate any back-office and administrative functions.

In the Publisher Corner/App/General Statistics  I will see Download information etc. and the Autodesk Entitlement API (which I have integrated in my app) handles the licencing side. 

Do I actually need IPN listener web service to be able to submit App to Autodesk App Store? This is another hassle that I would love to avoid for now.

I suppose is not necessary, If PayPal is connected right with Autodesk everything should work fine.

I believe when I released my first plugin (early 2018) my IPN was empty and I 'lost' some early adopter user info. I'm only using it to know how many downloads I have in a month anyway.
