Hi guys. I'm new to Revit API and I am trying to add my own button in the red area of the image，and, the best effect is to display the button only in the multi selection state (selection. PickObjects ()).
I tried using DockablePanes, but failed to place the button in the correct position.

welcome to the Revit API. Although, I have seen previous message of yours here as well, haven't I? Unfortunately, I am not aware of any possibility to achieve what you ask for. Those custom buttons are implemented by built-in Revit functionality. I believe they lack official Revit API access.
