About export and edit schedules in Revit

Hi, everyone! 

I want to export the information and data in schedules from the Revit to Excel, is there any API could read the data in the schedules?

And if I want to inport some tables from Excel to the Revit, is there any methods could help?

Further more, if I want to open the schedules in Revit using Excel, and edit the data in Excel and then update the data in Revit, is it possible to develope an addin to realize this function?

Thank you very much. But that blog only talked about how to export the schedules from Revit. Is there any information about how to import a schedule or table into Revit?

Can you do that through the user interface?

If not, then probably not programmatically either...
