Webside redirects

Steps to reproduce
Loading help topic on the forum from a google search. When the page loads, after a few seconds it redirects to another page, home of forum.

Expected results
Stay on page i wanted

Actual results
reloads forum home page.

I have the same problem, I had to create another account to comment. Using my old account it keeps redirecting to forum homepage and then reloading the page. If I hit stop on my browser I won't be logged in and can't make a comment.

This issue still exists for some users it seems. Is there a process they need to go through to resolve the issue? @kevinle2

If anyone lands on this site looking for a solution, it seems to be a per-account issue. I was able to file a support ticket with Autodesk by using the assistant in fusion, so I didn't have to go through the website (which I couldn't do wither).

Within 24 hours, they were able to fix whatever was wrong in my account, and I have forum access again.

I usually do a google search when I'm trying to solve an issue prior to posting in the forums.  Ever since the website redesign, when I click on a link that was created before the redisgn, instead of going to the linked topic I'm sent to the product homepage.  (if it's a link to a C3D topic, I'm sent to the C3D forums homepage)
