visibility of public profile

Steps to reproduce
I activated the visibility for the forum and community in my public profile.
But it's invisible, and I'm promted to activate it ?!? but, it's already activated !!!
OS: Windows 10 pro, Browser: Firefox

Expected results
profile (name and avator) should be visible

Actual results
I'm (my profile info) is invisible

You may not be able to change it because it is tied to your account subscription. You can try at profile.autodesk.com
