Unsubscribe error

Steps to reproduce
I want to unsubscribe from the newsletter from "autodesk@autodeskcommunications.com", but there is an error when clicking the unsubscribe butten in the Mail

Expected results
Don't get any further Mail.

Actual results
Error Website after the unsubscribe here button.
