I am having this exact same issue.

I've created many tickets over the years. I know the drill.  The new 'AI Assistant' method is not working.

No matter how simple I make the request, ensuring that every field is filled in, I get the "Submission not successful. Check details and submit again" error without any explanation.

Tried multiple browsers, cleared cache, all the usual suspects.

 

I've tried creating this ticket 3 times over the past 2 hours. No dice.
