Steps to reproduce
There has been an enormous uptick in fake and spam accounts in the forums I follow. All new users should have their first comment and post held for moderation.
Expected results
I expect that the system and paid employees will sanitize this platform instead of my email inbox is littered with fake content from what I wish to be a trusted source of information.
Actual results
Notifications in my inbox of new comments that turn out to be fake, which I have to flag.
