Subscription does not work as expected

Steps to reproduce
I want to follow what is happening on "Autodesk Community Voices" therefore I subscribed to "Autodesk Community Voices". Now I get notification emails if someone replies to an article. But I don't get a mail if anyone posts a new article.

Expected results
Get notified if a new article is posted.
(Dont get notified of replies to articles)

Actual results
Only get notified of replies
