My post was moved to a different forum, but that forum is not even visible to me

Steps to reproduce
My post was moved, when I try to find the forum there is no way to navigate to it.

Expected results
When a post is moved the notification email should include a link to the new location

Actual results
Result was I wasted a half hour trying to figure out where my post was. And I still cant organically surf to that location.

URL where issue occurs
NO idea. im guessing its the whole site
