Steps to reproduce
My settings have private messages off, yet Autodesk people keep sending them to me, consequently I have an envelope with a red dot showing but clicking it gives me an error that this section of the website is restricted. Bugged me for ages, then today I came across the setting and turned private mesaages on. Now I can see the juck that Autodesk employees have been sending. I will delete these and then turn the setting off again.
Expected results
People at Autodesk will get an auto response stating that private messages are not on for this user and so they should use another communication form.
Actual results
red dot on an envelope and an error and a secret inbox full of junk.
