forums.autodesk.com always appear in Japanese

Steps to reproduce
1) go to forums.autodesk.com
==> looks good (English)
2) Sign In
==> appears in Japanese
My profile language is English (no others)
I've tried on different browsers and with different Autodesk ID's: same behavior

Your profile settings have no effect on webpage languages, somewhere, somehow, yours changed and you will need to set it back to your preferred language on any Autodesk Forum or product page by clicking on this icon

Can you describe the shape of the icon or its location on the
forums.autodesk.com page?

You seem to indicate that my Profile does not determine the language used
on the page, but some other (non-Chome) setting does. Is that correct?

I did not provide a link, here is the image, looks like a world globe with vertical/horizontal lines, it exists on every single AutoCAD webpage around and in these forums

Your profile settings for language have no effect once a language override is activated.

In the top right hand corner, next to your profile image. There is a globe icon where you can select your region. Please select your preferred region. Thank you
