fake users polluting with junk posts

Steps to reproduce
recently fake users accounts have started posting junk messages in the forum.
I specified Firefox on Windows but this actually occurs on all OSes with any Web browser!

Expected results
blocking these accounts from posting?

Actual results
a lot of junk posts!
