constant refresh / reloading of fusion forum on osx

constant refresh / reloading of fusion forum on osx

For some reason when I try to post a question or even just go to this forum on OSX, the page just constantly refreshes often taking me back to a forum selection screen. The same thing happens if I just try to look at an answer, it refreshes too fast to read. Although if I get to the X in time I can stop whatever script is doing this. I saw some other people had a similar issue in the past but never saw a resolution. Anyway have any ideas?

@eric_engineer , I was having the same issue with all of the forum pages. They'd refresh and go back to the main forum list. I researched a bit and have found it has something to do with the account I use. I use the account associated with my firm for everything Adesk, but it does not work for whatever reason with the forums. I logged in to the forums with a gmail account and seems to be working.

Disappointing and now extra work that I probably won't do much; it seems like a known issue for other users as well, for years.

I have this problem on Windows 10 and Chrome browser. I tried clearing my browser history and cookies, that would let me access this page without the constant refresh problem, but if I tried to reply here and I signed in the pages would loop and start the problem all over again.  So frustrating! After trying different browsers, I tried creating a brand new account and that fixed the problem for me. There must be a problem with my old autodesk account and that keeps me from accessing the forums normally. There are a few others complaining about this problem online in the last few months. I tried to contact someone at support but that doesn't apply to the free plans.

This is browser independent and seems to be related to the actual login. Same thing happens to me if I use my school student account @student.ccc.edu but does not happen using my old account which is @gmail.com
