Assemble forums not available in select a board options

Steps to reproduce
I cannot select Assemble when submitting to a forum.

Expected results
I expect to be able to select Assemble and post to that forum.

Actual results
The site refreshes every time I select Assemble in the Select a board menu and then I cannot find the option.

Is there a time frame for getting this fixed? I have issues I'd like to post to forums and as of now I still can not.
