Steps to reproduce
Any time I click any link, whether a link in a notification email or one bookmarked in Chrome, I see the page in the link and then I'm bounced to the Forums Welcome Page. I'm mostly going to the Civil 3D forum. This seems to only happen the first time. After that it behaves normally.
Expected results
Should stay I the page from the link.
Actual results
Redirects to Forum Welcome page. I'll include my bookmarked link.
