Rendering bitmap using Cloud render 3ds Max

I'm trying to add label to my bottle but Cloud renderer switches it into default material.
Is there any way to use bitmap as a texture and render it in the cloud?

I would need more info. I tried a quick repro of your scene and it works fine for me.
This is using the old Scanline renderer and Autodesk materials like your samples. Other renderes should not affect the cloud result, but I haven't tried it.

It might be some other setting of bitmap type. Or something that the translator does not handle. Do you get any warning if you run the scene compatibility test prior to render?

Also, I did't use Standard material. That is old stuff. It should still work, but it's better leave it alone in these modern days 🙂
