View Online button for .rcp of old version of A360 Drive not showing

To see online my .rcp files stored on my A360 I usually the "View Online" button only available in the old version of A360 Drive. Note that the "View Online" button redirects my .rcp files to a ReCap360 viewer.

All these models were uploaded when I stitched photos using the BETA version of Memento and I am still able to click to View Online buttton.

Yesterday,  I downloaded the newest release of Memento, Remake, and uploaded a model the same way I did with the Beta version of Memento.

Though, now I am unable to see the "View Online" button when I access my .rcp files using the old version of A360 Drive.

I have uploaded pictures of the page displaying when I select my .rcp files in A360 Drive and where the button is usually available

As I share my files with a big team that do not and will not install any software on their machines, this option is crucial to my work.

Therefore, I would like how to make this button available again when I upload my models, whether it's pre or post upload configuration

Thank you for the help,

TFM

Moving this to the ReMake forum, where you should be able to receive more specific help with this.

Thanks,

Michael

HIya

in order to help, i would need to understand well the issue.

If the goal is to share online 3d models with a team, you probably want to share the clean up final models, not the first models you get that probably have a lot of noise?

for that we have a Publish button in ReMake that leads you to publish the models for viewing sharing HTML or hyperlink on this Gallery: https://gallery.autodesk.com/remake

(you can UNLIST if needs to be private, after you published the model)

the ReMake team doesn't control the 360 functionality (and that RCP viewing was a side behaviour, not requested by the ReMake team) but i wouldn't recommend viewing the 'dirty' models as the publish export and the reMake viewer are superior to that

will that work for you?
