Student version not allowing me to use Ultra mode online.

For a while now I have been able to use Ultra mode when scanning an object, which gives me great details on the model. But, now it only lets me use Standard mode when trying to scan. In Ultra mode I get about 3 million polygons, in standard I get 250k.

To be more clear this is when using the Online method.
