sign in dont work

when I am logged Remake ask me "please sign in" BUT I did before!

I bought it for 1 month after many others tryings , trial ect , installations and desinstallations ect etc

can it be that you purchased it under one name and logged in with another account?

if this is still a problem, we will have to connect you with someone from purchasing and we will make sure you get your month worth...

by hasard I had to update these days my antivirus.
The reinstallation process told me to delete an "ad-aware web companion".

I did.
As I was still wondering abour ReMake, I reinstalled it and now it is working!!

I had also a similar problems with MakerBotdesktop ( saying "no connection when I was connected!) and now it works too!

And same with Photomodeller!!

But I have still bad results with Pix4D, it does nothing.

Well, to resume, I think I had anti-virus problems!

I now test and compare ReMake to 123dcatch ( my love during 5 years).

I feel ReMake seems great!...(But a bit expensive , héhé)

Just downloaded ReMake trial. I am signed into my Autodesk account but it isn't recognizing it. I only have one Autodesk account and my computer doesn't have anything I have found that would be blocking this. When I try to upload photos for Cloud Processing, it just keeps asking me to "Sign In with my Autodesk Account."

Please advise?

I read this but my antivirus is up to date and I have reinstalled ReMake with no change...?
