ReMake publish to web: you can now add annotation tags

Hi all,

The Play team added a new publish template (called Story) which lets you  add Annotation Tags and create Tours in any published scene.

TIPS: 

- annotation tags only work with the STORY template

- dont forget to press Enter every time you add a name or a number to a field
