Remake Not Updating

Hi,

Every time I go to open Remake it says it needs updating to the newest version.  After reading various comments in the forum, I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled to new location, the software still says it needs to be updated upon starting it up, therefore I cannot get the software to open.

Please advise on a solution for this.

I have uninstalled and re-installed several times without success - I have done and clean install after clearing TEMP and getting rid of all adsk files and new install off REMAKE continues to ask if I want to download the newest version of autodesk remake.  Fails to load when I click no and takes me to same

Hello,

Can you please confirm the build version of ReMake installed on your system ? It should be version 17.25.2.1.

To know the version number: 

1 Open Control Panel 

2 Programs & Features

3 Check the version column for Autodesk ReMake listed in the Program name list

If version number is not 17.25.2.1, then uninstall the existing ReMake and download the latest from:

http://up.autodesk.com/2017/MEM/ReMake_172521_Win64_dlm.sfx.exe

The EDU link you mentioned also has the latest version (17.25.2.1). Please give it a try again and let me know in case of any issues.

This install works, but only 50 photos allowed  to create model - used to be 250 - has something changed with educational licence?

Looks good and no issues with this install and all photos now available once I discovered to click on the question mark on the dashboard and go to startup screen and choose enter liscence and product key
