ReMake for Mac – Job missing

Hi,

Yesterday I've tried ReMake for Mac for a University project (EDU License). I've installed the newest version (117.25.67) and tried to compute a mesh with picture's I've taken. The first few tries resulted in Errors with no error message at all (aside from "Error").

I then figured that maybe my pictures weren't good so I reshooted and tried again. Only this time the Job went from Uploading to Queued to Processing just to be downright gone. The pictures remain intact on my 360 Drive and there's a 1B File with the Job name but no mesh.

I'd really appreciate your help,

Best Regards,

Daniel

Hi @Anonymous,

are you aware of the issues discussed in this thread :

"

We have received reports from a lot of users on issues with the latest update of ReMake running on certain Macs. Our best guess right now is that an OS update on hardware older than 2013 has broken UI/graphics API compatibility causing these issues.

As much as we would like to fix these issues, we have not been able to reproduce them on our test machines and finding a fix is not feasible.

Hence we are not in a position to support ReMake on OS X Yosemite (10.10) or earlier and hardware older than 2013. Sorry about that.

We have tested ReMake on Sierra (10.12) and El Capitan (10.11) on hardware from 2013 or newer and ReMake works fine.

Regards,

Murali "

Also people reported trouble running Remake ver.1172567 on El Capitan (OS 11.15.2) on a Mid-2015 MacBookPro Retina.

Are you in a similar situation?

Cheers,

V.

Hi @Anonymous,

Yes I've read this thread however I must've overread the Mid-2015 situation. Since I'm running such a MacBook Pro Retina with El Cap I'm assuming it's the same or at least a similar issue.

Looks like I need to wait for a fix on this one.

Thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction,
Daniel
