Remake export OBJ to Blender

Hello, could someone please tell me what is the correct way to export to Blender and open the .obj file in Blender?  Im new to photogrammetry, yestarday made my first multiple photos 3d render.

Hello, I just made a very simple photo upload using 10 images, received the rcm file from the cloud and exported as a .obj file, still when I open the file using Blender, it does not work. 

I did another test using the sample file SpaceMouse.rcm , save it as a .obj file and was able to open it Blender and its working fine.

During the trial version, the files that I have created, are they disable to open them in another software?

Hello Bruno,

Apologies for the lack of response on your question but difficult for us to comment on an application that we do not control like Blender. Our OBJ format is pretty standard and I do not know why one would work and the other does not. You could try a different export format?
