Remake crashes everytime! aboloutly does not work!!!!

Brand new computer, purchased just for this project. It's sole purpose is to run remake for this project.

Crashes every time I launch it! ran fine yesterday, today nothing,

only one application loaded on this machine, remake!

and......What is up with the tiny screen and the tiny fonts, your application does not scale to the screen resolution, you need to fix that

DELL windows 10 i5,gtx graphics card, so far a really frustrating experience. I did not have this issue with the mac version.

We are sorry that you have faced with this problem. We would encourage you to do all the windows updates, together with your graphics card updates, if available. May i enquire that when ReMake crashed, you have sent a crash report to us, we would need your email id for us to trace that report. Thats a long time to reply for tech support! seriously....

Wow, I bought a brand new machine for the project, I have long since returned the computer, what a terrible experience that was. Took almost three hours to update a a brand new computer, lol, what a joke.

There was no more updating to do, fix your software and make it work, or yank it until it actually works. Be responsible for your product!

What's going on in this company ?

I started to work with  123D catch and all the sudden Autodesk stops this program, replaced by Remake six month ago, I started to worked with it on Mac and then three month later  the soft is closed for Mac. I lost all my work,. Now I just bought a PC to install again ReMake and here I learn that Autodesk is stopping this soft six month after launching it !  Remake will be abandoned and replaced by Recap, but what about all the work that costumers will loose ? This is a non respectful attitude towards custumers. Also Recap doesn't seem to do the same work then Remake. What should we do ?
