Not so great news. Your mesh is not ready.

Hi,

I need to create a scan of my foot and import it into my CAD program. I'm working on a custom boot design.

I took 121 pictures of my foot at different angles following the tutorials and imported it into Remake.

It ran the scan and then emailed me with the following message:

We're sorry, but we ran into some problems and could not create the mesh 'Foot2-1'.

To get some help, please contact us at our support page, and we will do our best to get things working for you. Here, you can also share your feedback and suggestions about working with Autodesk® ReMake.

I tried it 2 times and got the same result.

What would you suggest doing? I subscribed to the $30/month service so if I can't get it to work, I'll request a refund and try another scanning product.

could you post a screenshot of your dataset so we could better understand what the issue could be due to?
