Incomplete models

Dear friends,

I am new to ReMake and also to this forum. So first of all a "Hi" to all of you.

After a few Tests for free, I have decided to start out with a payed month now. While small (few pictures) models are working well (also in free Version), my 140 Pictures from 3d scanner are not working.

The result is always (tried already with 5 different Scans) a "cutted" model (only the feet / legs from a person get done). The model itself should be fine because when i only add the ubber part Pictures from the set, this brings back the model perfect too.

What Can I do, to get a full result in 1 model?

I can't offer any help inside of ReMake but can you confirm the photos work in another program? if so then we know the issue is with ReMake and not the photos.

The photos are working in other programs. I have posted this issue when I
was only testing Remake with Cloud calculation. Yesterday our Workstation
arrived. When we are calculating the models offline, all is working well.

May i confirm with you that this problem only persists when you are using the cloud reconstruction on ReMake?
