Stop the left menu bar from automatically expand and show the shortcuts

Enhancement request received by Technical Support.

Having the Navigation bar on the left side of the screen in ReCap Pro automatically expand and showing the icons is quite distracting.

We should improve this and have the buttons expand only by request, for example when clicking on it.
