Registration report with independent green, yellow, and red color coding

The scan registration report identifies values on overlap, balance and points<6mm.  If one value is red then all three values show red even if they would be green.   I can control the overlap and points <6mm with closer scans or field targets.  I can not control the balance which is based on the site conditions.  Do NOT highlight the whole scan row red if one of three values is bad.  For example see my bad balance values in my attached screen shot with very good overlap and points<6mm.  Simply highlight the bad number as red.  Allow the the other two values to be independently red, yellow, or green.  I also want to define the limit values which determine the color.
