It's interesting that you've had success in the past with large areas (since pretty much no one else did, based on our metrics). I assume it's due to the nature of your scenes (that is, your bounding box is probably very short in elevation). Most people are using this service for meshing equipment and assets.
As I'm sure you know, the service is still in Beta, so it's important to us to provide a smooth experience. We do hope to evolve the service moving forward (based on user feedback). It would be great to ease or remove the limits but that will require research on our side.
As a workaround, you can use the limit box to divide the project into multiple areas of < 30m.
