Uploading Error

Hi, I am getting this error message when trying to upload my photos to Recap 360. I can see the photos are in my A360 Drive. I can open them and view them. Does anyone know what this can be? I've tried renaming them from 1-26 to a-z but still doesn't work.

Hi, sorry for the delay. I get the error when trying to open the recap file and also when the photos were uploading (once it got to 99% the error showed up). There is nothing else in my drive so I'm not sure what I should be clearing.

Thank you for your reply. Are you opening RCP directly from A360 project drive? Is it possible to send me screen cast or recording of your workflow for further investigation.
