Unable to find Recap Photo file to download

I've downloaded and installed the commercial Recap Pro software, but I cannot find the Recap Photo software to download.  Did I miss a step in the installation of Recap Pro?  From everything that I know, I think that it is included in the Recap Pro download.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @gvanderheide,

 

Thank you for participating in our Community! I believe you have latest version of ReCap Pro which is 4.2.2.15. If you do then ReCap Photo is part of ReCap Pro install. Lunch ReCap Pro, click on new project then click on Photo to 3D. This will lunch ReCap Photo.

I get lost after this step. I goes to a blank page where I press photo and then nothing happens. and says "Photo project creation is only available through the new ReCap Photo". so I press the link and it just goes directly to the main site for recap. Honestly this is the worst work-around to work with another software I've seen. What is the next step after that because this is really annoying.

Hello,

 

ReCap Photo installs with ReCap. It has a separate desktop icon which can be used to launch it separately. 

 

Please ensure that you have the latest ReCap Photo. The updates can be installed via Desktop App or from the following pages (in this order):

 

1. https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/recap/downloads/caas/downloads/content/important-update-for-a...

 

2. https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/recap/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autodesk-recap-photo-u...
