I am a bit distressed over the announcement of the expiry date of the beta period for those feature and wondering about their future. Are they coming back any time soon? will they be packaged into another product or add-in?
They are really great and I am sad to lose them!

BETA test always have an expiration date, and there's no guarantee they will be officially released later or in the same configuration. That makes them bad candidates for adopting into commercial work processes - even if the license terms permit it.
