Good morning, I have a problem with the student license in Recap, I can't make models because when I upload the photos, the software indicates me that I dont have enough Cloud credits, I didn't have this problem before with my student license using Remake

I have had a similar issue for about 3 weeks now. I have tried to contact customer support, the Educational Community Support line, and I have also called the Autodesk customer service line. I was told to install Revit 2018 to optain unlimmited Cloud Credits, that did not happen since the document sent is for a different version of Revit that has a different Menu system. This switch over to ReCap has completely halted any of my research for the past 3 weeks.

Nobody has properly addressed my issue. Nobody has tried to escalate this to the proper licensing departments. Essentially I have received the same generic email from technical support multiple times from multiple Autodesk support teams. I do not understand the lack of proper customer support, and I wonder if this kind of incompetence is present when licenses are paid for.
