Stuck in queue for nearly a day

Hi there, I have a Recap Educational licence and I have been stuck in the queue for almost 16 hours now. There are only 41 photos in the set and they are all under 12 MP. Is there anything I can do to speed this up?

Is it still in Queue?

Educational License can experience congestion, unlike Subscription accounts.

Also, try pressing the Refresh wheel in the My Cloud area in ReCap Photo.
