Stuck at 1% waiting in queue in Recap Photo

Hi Recap Team,

I am new to Recap,

I was just wondering, will my file be eventually got to, it has been 8 hrs now, and still 1%, I understand it is a Student License and Free, but if you could just confirm that it is being looked at please.

I have taken 51 photos in total to turn into 3D model, would this cause a longer delay, or is it just the queue?

Should I start over again? if you could help at all or confirm. file name is claycrestedridgetile

We have a separate queue for education Licenses, sometime it takes time depending on how many jobs are processing before yours. 

But in most of the cases, it took longer time but had given the results.

If one job stuck and you are submitting the another one, you are adding more jobs in queue and eventually it will take more time.

I am also new to this, and I also have a test file that is stuck at 1%. I deleted and restarted it after about 12 hours. I now know that is not the solution! I will wait patiently....

I've got the same problem. 12+ hours to process a 52 image model. What's happening?
