Stuck at 1% waiting in queue in Recap Photo

Hello, I have an Edu license and I when I try to make a model the project get stuck at 1% waiting in queue, the project's name is "cave", also my photographs sizes are small. I have a jury and two other projects like this, so if you can help, it would be great.

Hi @barmanr can you maybe tell me why I can't upload, or even start to upload pictures for my project.

This is pissing me off... I checked my network connection, checked Autodesk Drive to see if is running. Btw...I have latest version of Autodesk Desktop Connector. Everything should be fine except this picture (preparing to upload...)

This state runs forever...

Can you help me with this, or is it maybe server issues. I also tried with different network connection(s) all the same.

Hi @jkovilic1996 ,

Sorry for your issues recently.

Firstly regarding the waiting times, the backend team has upgraded the instances, and now waiting times for Educational should be around 3 days. Also, there was an issue that caused projects to be dropped out if they were waiting for more than 4 days. This has been fixed as well. I have received feedback from other affected users that after resubmitting projects, they were completed within 2 days now.

Regarding your second issue of being unable to upload, I have asked the backend team to take a look at your requests. Could you try pressing the refresh wheel or restarting ReCap Photo as well as the Desktop Connector? How many projects are you submitting in one go?

Got feedback from the backend, seems you can create a project but the request to upload the files is never made. Could you please share your logfile located at %localappdata%\Autodesk\Autodesk ReCap Photo. It is called recapphoto.log

I think that you maybe made some odd criteria when comes to number of uploads.

Today, and yesterday i was able to upload just one project at the time but when i tried to upload two of them, then the second one literally stuck on "preparing to upload..."

Don't know why is this happening, but I want not to upload projects files again because of failures at the backend side like i do so before when you told me to upload again files because of some failure.

Here is you files, but i did not able to find recapphoto.log, instead of that i found recapphoto.log.1

Also i did tried to open up and escape from Autodesk ReCap Photo but without any success. Still remains the same.

Sorry, your extensions are hidden but it's the text file that says recapphoto. It is weird that the file is 0kb for you. See the image attached.

Could you remove that file and then start Recap photo and perform your steps and then share that file (filename: recapphoto). Please PM me the link.

I'am stuck at 1% for about 3 hours. For me waiting two days is nog real big deal. But I have a deadline next week thursday and I was wondering if I could expect te file to be ready before tuesday?
