Hi @nezihetasin ,
EDU accounts have a single queue and a dedicated instance for processing jobs. Subscription accounts get priority hence it might be a while before your jobs start processing. Please check after some time if it starts processing. You can also try pressing the refresh wheel at the cloud dashboard in ReCap Photo.
Warmest Regards,

Hi @Anonymous ,
Like I mentioned above, it could take a while based on the traffic of jobs submitted. Could you try the refresh wheel on your ReCap Photo My Cloud drive dashboard and check again? Also, could you provide me the name of the project and your Autodesk userid you submitted just to check everything is fine at the backend? You can PM me this info.
Thanking You.
Warmest Regards,
Rishov
I am also having the same problem. The first two projects that I did were process without any issue, but now my latest project stuck in queue at 1%. This seems to be a very common issue. I initially had an edu license, but I upgraded and subscribed only to find that I still have the same problem. Is their a solution to getting unstuck in queue?
Hi @Anonymous ,
I just checked with the backend team, it seems there was a server disruption on the 16th of March, 2021 that caused many projects to be queued up. The issue has been cleared now. Subscribed Queue was cleared off at 9 am yesterday.
You can PM me the project name and we can queue it from our side again, or you can submit it again and this time it should be picked up.
For EDU accounts, there are 150-200 projects in the queue each day hence longer waiting times at queue are expected.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Warmest Regards,
Rishov
Hi @Anonymous ,
It seems the job was caught under the EDU queue hence it's still in the queue.
We then re-submitted the job for you on the subscription queue but it errored out. We do see an image named with non-ASCII characters like this: "QQͼƬ20210317181522.jpg". Could you submit a job by renaming this image using ASCII?
Warmest Regards,
Rishov
Hi @Anonymous ,
It looks like the next job you had submitted also had gone to the EDU queue. Upon further investigation, it looks like an issue on our end for EDU accounts that convert to subscribed accounts. Looks like for such accounts, the new jobs keep going to the EDU queue.
We are working on a fix for this case. Meanwhile if you submit any jobs, looks like they will go to the EDU queue. For the time being when you submit any job, please let me know and we will requeue the job to the subscribed queue for you until we fix the issue.
But please try with using non ASCII names images as jobs submitted with them will error out either way. You had submitted another job which also errored out upon re queuing it from our end. But you might be seeing it as waiting in queue because it has gone to the EDU queue.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused and we will get this sorted as soon as possible. Thanks for helping find this issue for converted accounts:)
Warmest Regards,
Rishov
Hi @Anonymous ,
The error is happening due to a non-ASCII image we see in your photo set. Please rename that image and try again.
The new photo set also perhaps went to the EDU queue. In fact, you have submitted 2 more, 1 went to EDU, and 1 went to the Subscription queue. We have requeued the one that went to EDU to Subscription for you.
We are looking at why this is happening for your account.
As far as the project errors are concerned. That is different and can be due to many reasons. Bad images, poor stitching etc.
Warmest Regards,
Rishov
Hi @Anonymous ,
Yes partially due to the fact that the edu email is the same. You will not be able to use your personal email because the subscription contract is tied to your EDU email now. It's an issue on our end as to how we detect your license since your email now shows 2 licenses, one EDU, and one subscription. We are working on making subscriptions a priority. Btw this is not for the error but being "waiting in queue".
For now, please let me know any jobs you are submitting and I will ask the backend team to resubmit the jobs for you that go to the EDU account until a fix is made. So in that case you might get 2 email notifications upon job completion.
Any jobs going to EDU will always be processed, just that waiting times are longer. So I'll ask for any jobs that I see in your EDU queue, we will resubmit to a subscription queue. You will not see updates for those resubmitted ones, but you will get an email notification when done.
This morning, we resubmitted a job for you that was in the EDU queue.
Warmest Regards,
Rishov
Hi @Anonymous ,
I can run 2-3 projects for you if you want for this time around. You can perhaps PM me with links to your datasets and I will check them out:)
Thanking You.
