RGB Point Color is not Visible in Realistic View - Point Clouds

I am trying to get the scanned color (realistic color of the existing space) to show for each point but I am unsure about how to do that (or why it is not working). When I set the color options to RGB ALL of the points are cream colored. The original (and only) file that I imported was a .laz file. The scans were taken via geoslam.

I want it to look like this:

Thanks!

hi @Anonymous ,

are you sure the raw scan data is in color?

Looking at geoslam:

"To create ZEB-CAM coloured point cloud data, select the button on the Processing
Output Tab to add an additional output file, select a file format, file decimation (it is
recommended to select 100% to maximise coloured point density) and select one of the
colour by ZEB-CAM options:
ZebCam Coloured points only
ZebCam + Shaded Coloured points + “un-coloured” points (with
shaded grey scale colour)
Note: Point Colouriser requires optional ZEB-CAM accessory. The field of view of the
scanner is greater than the field of view of the ZEB-CAM. It is not possible to colourise all
the points. Two options are provided, coloured points only or coloured points + “uncoloured” points (with shaded grey scale colour)"

Thanks!

hi @Anonymous ,

I just wanted to follow up and see if you were able to confirm whether the raw data is in color or black and white.

Thanks!

We are contacting the company that performed the scan in order to figure
out if the raw data is in color and black and white.

Thanks for your help!
